My experiences always include:Play with a Purpose - I use play to invoke awareness, inspire laughter, break down barriers and transform.Challenge with Choice - I believe in inspiring and empowering agency and choice. I encourage and expect participants to makethoughtful choices around participation that will keep themselves and other safe and successful.Connection without the Cringe - I aim to make connection easy and fun. I avoid stereotypical teambuilding activities like trust falls and blindfolds, and focus on building a warm, supportive environment where everyone contributes value.
